How To Use Shared Line In Elastix With Polycom Phones
Polycom Configuration Settings for SLAs
All the SLA settings are in the Polycom phone configuration files. Set the following attributes in the Registration (<reg/>) section of the <Ethernet address>-phone.cfg files for the stations involved in shared line appearances.

Polycom SLA settings examples
In the following examples, the primary station configuration has one shared line that appears on 3 line keys (three shared line appearances). Configuration of the secondary station describes three line appearances of the individual line for the assistant in the reg.1 attributes and three shared line appearances in the reg.ii attributes.
